Digital Delivery Policy

Production times, order review, and delivery of your files.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Digital Wizard provides customized digital services and digital files. No physical products are shipped, and no carrier, shipping label, tracking number, or physical delivery address is required unless a service page expressly states otherwise.

1. What happens after you place an order

After checkout, you will receive an automatic order confirmation at the email address used for your purchase. This confirmation means that Digital Wizard has received your order and payment information. It does not mean that production has started or that the order has completed its project review.

Each order is reviewed to confirm that:

  • the requested work matches the service and package purchased;
  • the submitted material falls within the purchased volume and scope;
  • the required files, links, instructions, and project information have been provided;
  • the source material is accessible and reasonably usable; and
  • the project can be completed within the advertised service limitations.

Orders are normally reviewed within one business day. This review period is separate from the production time shown in the purchased service.

After review, Digital Wizard may:

  • accept the order and confirm that production can begin;
  • request missing information, clarification, or accessible replacement files;
  • offer an additional charge or revised timeline when the actual scope exceeds the package purchased; or
  • decline and cancel an order that cannot reasonably be completed under the purchased service.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy .

2. When the production time begins

The production time begins only after all of the following conditions have been met:

  • payment has been successfully processed;
  • Digital Wizard has reviewed and accepted the order;
  • all required files, links, materials, and instructions have been received;
  • the submitted materials are accessible and usable; and
  • any essential scope questions have been resolved.

Unless the service page or a written custom agreement states otherwise, the first production day is the next business day after all required conditions have been completed.

For example, if an order with a two-business-day production time is accepted and becomes ready to begin on Tuesday, its production period normally runs on Wednesday and Thursday.

Production times shown on service pages refer to the preparation of the initial contracted deliverable. They do not include:

  • the initial order-review period;
  • time spent waiting for customer materials, answers, approvals, or replacement files;
  • weekends or applicable business holidays;
  • additional or out-of-scope work;
  • revision turnaround time, unless expressly included; or
  • delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside Digital Wizard’s control.

3. Business days

Unless otherwise stated, a business day means Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays, based on Pacific Time in Tijuana, Mexico.

Orders, materials, approvals, or messages received on a weekend, applicable holiday, or outside a business day may be treated as received on the next business day.

A stated delivery time of “two days,” “three days,” or similar language refers to business days unless the service page expressly says calendar days.

4. Missing or incomplete project materials

The production clock does not begin while required information or materials are missing.

The production clock may also be paused when:

  • a submitted link cannot be opened;
  • a file is damaged, password-protected, incomplete, or incompatible;
  • the instructions contain a material ambiguity;
  • the customer must choose between different production options;
  • the submitted volume exceeds the purchased package; or
  • customer confirmation is required before work can continue.

Production resumes after the requested information, material, payment, or confirmation has been received and verified.

Customer delays may move the expected delivery date. Digital Wizard is not responsible for a missed original estimate when the project could not proceed because required customer materials or decisions were unavailable.

5. Scope changes and additional work

Delivery estimates are based on the package, volume, condition of the source material, and instructions available when the order is accepted.

New materials, changed instructions, additional pages, rows, products, minutes, files, formats, corrections, research, or deliverables may require:

  • an additional charge;
  • a revised delivery date;
  • a separate add-on or order; or
  • a reduction of the requested scope to match the original purchase.

Digital Wizard will not add out-of-scope work without communicating the applicable change in price or timing.

6. Rush delivery

Rush or expedited production is available only when expressly offered on the service page, selected as a paid add-on, or confirmed in writing before production begins.

Purchasing a standard package does not automatically include same-day, overnight, weekend, or holiday production.

Rush timing remains subject to order acceptance and receipt of complete, accessible project materials.

7. How completed files are delivered

Completed files are normally delivered by email to the address used during checkout.

The delivery email may include:

  • a private Google Drive link;
  • a direct file attachment when practical;
  • a link provided through another secure file-delivery service; or
  • delivery instructions specific to the purchased service.

The delivery method used does not change the nature of the service or create a physical shipping obligation.

Delivered files will reflect the level of preparation described on the applicable service page, such as an advanced draft, editable working file, organized base, or review-ready deliverable.

Unless expressly included in the purchased service, final review, approval, publication, uploading, implementation, and any required specialist validation remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Customer responsibility after delivery

You are responsible for:

  • providing a correct and monitored email address;
  • checking spam, promotions, junk, and filtered folders;
  • opening the delivery link promptly;
  • confirming that the files can be accessed;
  • reviewing the deliverables within the applicable review period;
  • requesting included revisions within the allowed revision period; and
  • downloading and securely storing your own copies.

Please contact mary@digitalwizard.work promptly if you receive the delivery notice but cannot access the files.

9. File availability and retention

Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery links will remain available for 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

You must download and securely store your files during that period. After 30 calendar days, Digital Wizard may remove project files and cannot guarantee continued access, replacement, restoration, or recovery.

Providing a replacement copy after the retention period may be impossible or may require a separate recovery or reproduction quote.

10. Revisions and order completion

Delivery of the initial files does not remove any revision included in the purchased package.

Revision requests must comply with the original materials, instructions, scope, number of revisions, and review period described in the purchased service and our Terms of Service.

Revision production time is separate from the original delivery estimate. The applicable revision timeline will depend on the requested changes, current workload, and whether the request remains within scope.

New directions, new materials, additional volume, or requests outside the original scope are not revisions and may require additional payment and production time.

11. Estimated delivery times

Digital Wizard makes reasonable efforts to meet the production time shown in the purchased service. Digital Wizard makes reasonable efforts to meet the production time stated in the purchased service. Delivery timing is calculated in business days under normal production conditions, but delivery at a specific clock time is not guaranteed.

A deadline may be reasonably extended because of:

  • customer delays or incomplete materials;
  • unexpected source-file problems;
  • approved scope changes;
  • third-party platform or cloud-service interruptions;
  • internet, power, or technical failures;
  • illness, emergency, or other events outside reasonable control; or
  • other circumstances described in the Terms of Service.

When practical, Digital Wizard will communicate a material delay and provide an updated estimate.
