Project materials and completed work will not be displayed publicly, included in a portfolio or used as a public example without permission.

• Shopify, which hosts the store and supports checkout, order management, analytics, security and customer privacy features.
• Payment providers, such as PayPal or other processors made available during checkout.
• Google Workspace and Google Drive, when used for business email, file storage, project collaboration or delivery.
• Store applications and technical providers that help operate forms, file uploads, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support or other store functions.
• Production tools and service providers used to complete the specific service requested.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants, legal advisers or technical specialists, when reasonably necessary.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, necessary to respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or enforce store policies.

Digital Wizard does not sell your project files or personal information for money.

7. Shopify and enhanced store features

Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the store in order to provide ecommerce, checkout, security, analytics and related services.

Information submitted through the store may be transmitted to Shopify and its service providers in countries other than the country where you live.

Completed delivery files made available through a private Google Drive link are generally retained for 30 calendar days from the delivery date. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your completed files during that period.

After 30 days, Digital Wizard may remove delivery files and cannot guarantee continued access or recovery.

Order, communication, transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary or required by law. Shopify and other providers may apply their own retention periods.

10. Security

Digital Wizard uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information and project materials against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.
