What to expect after checkout

Here’s what happens after checkout, how your completed files are delivered, and what is included in a revision.

You’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout.

Your service page and order details explain what source material and instructions are required. If anything is missing or needs clarification before production begins, Digital Wizard will contact you by email.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a delivery email containing a private Google Drive link.

From that link, you can review and download the completed files included in your order.

Please keep your order confirmation and delivery emails for reference.

Important file-retention notice

30-day file availability

Your Google Drive delivery link will remain available for 30 calendar days from the delivery date, not the purchase date.

Please download and securely store your files during that period.

After 30 days, Digital Wizard may remove the delivered files and cannot guarantee continued access, storage, or recovery.

The number of included revisions is shown in the service package you purchased.

A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the delivered file when those adjustments remain within:

• The original service scope.
• The source material supplied for the order.
• The original instructions and agreed criteria.
• The volume and output format included in your package.

Additional scope

What is not an included revision

The following may require an add-on, a new order, or a custom quote:

• New source material submitted after production.
• Additional pages, rows, products, minutes, files, or deliverables.
• A different output format or structure.
• New columns, rules, criteria, or instructions.
• A change in project direction or client preference.
• Work outside the scope of the package purchased.

The estimated turnaround time is shown in the package you purchase.

Production begins after the required source material and instructions have been received. Delays in receiving complete information may affect the delivery date.
